Central Valley High School 2023 Sober Grad 

“Sober Grad” is a countywide program sponsored by the California Highway Patrol and the Shasta County Chemical People. These two entities fund all-night graduation parties for our local high schools through the sale of “certificates”. 

How would you like to have a TAX deduction that helps save lives and gives you the opportunity to win $500? 

Since inception in 1985, there has not been a fatality on graduation night in Shasta County. This program works by students and parents selling certificates to family, friends and local businesses. 

The certificates are a “Membership”. The purchase price of each certificate is $100. You may split the certificate among a group of family and friends, or we can do it for you. Partial contributions are greatly appreciated and will buy you part ownership/membership in a certificate. Certificates will be mailed or delivered to you after your cash/check has been received. 

Certificate holders will be entered into a drawing for the GRAND PRIZE to be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2023. Second and Third place prizes to be drawn as well. Each participating High School will have a $100 prize drawing held for a senior that has participated at Sober Grad all night. Each school winner will be eligible to win a GRAND PRIZE. 

We are looking forward to having a fun, safe, and memorable party for the Class of 2023!! Please help in any way possible, purchase a Certificate, and help the Class of 2023 stay safe while they enjoy a well-deserved last hurrah!!
